Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can also track your order through our Track Order page.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with our courier partners to locate your shipment and provide an update.
